“I have disliked working out most of my life and wouldn't stick with it-until I started working with Lindsay. She makes workouts interesting, varied and challenging. She is good about accommodating for injuries or whatever other challenges may come into the gym with me and working around them, but not giving me a break. I can honestly credit her personally with helping motivate me to get into shape and want to stay in shape. She's great!"
