TRAINING SPACE AND EQUIPMENT
Physiofit provides the environment perfect for a diverse range of training styles and philosophies. In addition to gym staples like cardio and weight equipment the gym boasts a straight away and an open group-friendly area of artificial turf ideal for conditioning, field sport training, or adding a new dimension to any training routine. We laid out of the facility to create an efficient training environment. Don't waste time looking for what you need or walking between equipment.
Equipment offerings include plate loading and free weight equipment from Smith, Hammer Strength, Icarian, Forza, and GPI, machines fromEpic, Freemotion, Icarian, and Cybex, cardio equipment including LifeFitness treadmills, Schwinn bikes, andStairmaster StairMills, as well as more exotic pieces like the Helix Lateral Trainer and Cybex ArcTrainers. We also keep small pieces such as Swiss balls, BOSU balls, rope, resistance bands, and agility training equipment like cones, hurdles, steps, and plyometric jump boxes, even physical therapy and stability training equipment likerollers, foam blocks, and stretching straps.
