You shouldn't need a logbook or spreadsheet to keep track of membership costs. 

30-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

You understand that all subscriptions are either monthly, quarterly, annual, or semi-annual and may be paid on a prepaid basis or on a monthly basis. You may cancel your membership for any service with a thirty (30) days notice requesting your membership to be canceled.   As per Membership Agreement:  freezing accounts and cancelations request need to be submitted in writing with 30 days in advance notification. Email us any updates including adding Members or Cancellations to texasphysiofit@gmail.com.
